The first (and only) kit to 1/32 scale of the PT-22 ! Known as the " Maytag Messerschmitt" due to the sound of it's five cylinder Kinner radial engine, the PT-22 trained literally thousands of WW-2 Airmen and some are still flown for sport today.
Our kit is superbly cast in resin with a one piece wing to assure correct dihedral, full cockpit dertails and finely rendered engine cylinders...you can actually read the Kinner script on the rorcker covers. An easy build, and very colorful, the kit has both the fully faired as well as the exposed landing gear, and props with and without spinners.Decals for US Army Air Force and a US Navy NR-1 are included.A charming and unique model for any WW-2 collector.
